About
Springpod
Springpod is the careers platform connecting students with employers and university life. Springpod is helping both students in finding the right university and universities in attracting and preparing young people for their university through virtual experiences, events and campaigns. Having worked with over 212,000 students only in 2021, they invested a lot of time in research on how to best deliver the message to their users.
“We've used StorifyMe to create interactive and engaging content on our platform for young people looking to study at university. The content format is familiar, but in a place where they've never seen it, which has generated really positive feedback from our users as they use them to explore their university options.
The team at StorifyMe are really accommodating and take the time to understand our commercial goals, and also support us with new innovation to make our stories even better.”
Problem
In the rapidly changing world, where content is all around us it can be difficult to keep the users engaged with your message. Springpod wanted to introduce user-generated content, in order to truly speak in the language of their users. The only difficulty was finding the right format to deliver the message.
“We had to switch from long content format to a format that was more digestible for our users”
After their research, SpringPod found that over ⅓ of the users would prefer content to be delivered in the Instagram-like story format.
They realized that in order to keep their users engaged and even more important - interested, they had to add another format: web stories.
