Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the process of improving how customers react to your website or your app by finishing the desired action (conversion). The main goal of optimizing conversion rates on a website or an app is to increase the number of conversions (desired actions).
Methods used to optimize conversion rates involve
a) hypothesis - “if we change X, Y will improve”
b) testing different looks of certain elements (visual and written)
c) driving conclusions
d) defining next steps
Stories can be a great tool to A/B test landing pages without involving development teams or paying for expensive tools. Simply create two different landing stories and test different elements. Results won’t be the same as on the landing page, because of the difference in the format , but landing stories can give you faster results.
